NPC Vice Chairman Meets Japanese DelegationVice-Chairman Jiang Chunyun of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress met Tuesday with a delegation of Japan's Junior Chamber led by its president Tsuchiya Ryuichiro.Jiang, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, spoke highly of the efforts of Japan's Junior Chamber in promoting Sino-Japanese friendship and exchanges between youth of the two countries. He said that the sound and stable development of Sino-Japanese relations will be conducive to world peace and development. He called on the youth organizations of the two countries to expand areas for exchanges and push ahead their cooperation. The Japanese delegation is here to co-sponsor a forum on Sino- Japanese trade and economic cooperation with the All-China Youth Federation. |
