Monday for Brussels,
Belgium
, to meet with EU Trade Commissioner Pascal Lamy at the headquarters of the European Union (EU) Commission.
Shi is invited by Lamy.
The two sides will have extensive and in-depth exchange of views over issues of common concern, including China's WTO accession negotiations and the development of Sino-European trade and economic relations.
