"It was further agreed that the Arta peace process needs to be completed, and all endeavors shall be based on the outcome of the Arta peace process and the resolution of the eighth IGAD (Inter- Governmental Authority on Development) summit of heads of state and government on Somalia held in Khartoum on November 23, 2000," said Bubah at a press conference here. Budah, member of a visiting Somali delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister Osman Jamal, said: "Ethiopia is open to everyone, and many Somalis come into Addis Ababa and discuss matters with Ethiopians." The nine-member Somali delegation, which arrived here on Wednesday for a five-day visit to Ethiopia, has held extensive discussions with the Ethiopian government on the peace process in Somalia and matters of mutual concern.
