Jia Qinglin Returns from MoscowJia Qinglin, secretary of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), returned to Beijing Saturday from Moscow after attending the "Beijing Culture Festival" held in the Russian capital.Jia, who is also a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, attended the cultural festival and paid a goodwill visit to Moscow at the invitation of its mayor Yuri Mikhailovich Luzhkov.
