SCO Establishment Has Far-reaching Impact: JiangChinese President Jiang Zemin said Friday that the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has a far-reaching impact on ensuring regional security and pushing forward world multi- polarization.After signing the declaration of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which consists of China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, President Jiang said to the press that the SCO's establishment conforms with the current trends of peace and development and meets basic interests of the six countries' people.
