Chinese Vice-Permier Meets World Bank Senior Vice President

Li Lanqing
met Wednesday with Nicholas H. Stern, vice president of the World Bank.
Li expressed satisfaction with the cooperation between China and the World Bank.
He also briefed the guest on China's economic situation, and exchanged views with Stern on the international economic situation and issues of mutual concern.
Stern is visiting China at the invitation of the Ministry of Finance.
