Xiao and his party are invited to attend the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Supreme Court of the Philippines by its Chief Justice Hilario G. Davide Jr.
After that, Xiao and his delegation will go to Pakistan for a goodwill visit at the invitation of Pakistani Supreme Court Chief Justice Irshad Hasan Khan.
