Shanghai Bourse Suspends Four StocksThe Shanghai Stock Exchange announced Friday that four stocks have been suspended for reporting losses for three consecutive years.The four stocks are the Xinjiang Baihuacun Co., the Hainan Huaqiao Investment Co., the Shanghai Forever Co. and the Shanghai Steel Pipe Co. Their suspension increases the number of Particular Transfer stocks on the Shanghai and Shenzhen bourses to 12. The four companies may apply for a grace period within 45 days of the suspension announcement. Failure to file applications or denial of a grace period by the bourse will lead to the delisting of the stocks. |
