China Imposes Anti-Dumping Tariffs on Japanese, US Acrylate

China's Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) has decided to impose anti-dumping tariffs on imported acrylate made in Japan and the United States of America.

According to the decision, Chinese importers should pay such tariffs to China's Customs for imports of concerned acrylate made in the two countries.

MOFTEC will issue a bulletin tomorrow to publicize this decision. It has already informed the embassies of Japan, the U.S. and Germany of the final judgment concerning the anti-dumping investigations.

MOFTEC has also notify representatives of relative Chinese enterprises and exporters.

Due to the small amount of China's acrylate imports from Germany, which account for only 1.2 percent, MOFTEC has decided to terminate its investigations into the concerned products from Germany.
