Niger President Visits Northwest ChinaMa Qizhi, chairman of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in northwest China, met with Niger President Mamadou Tandja in Yinchuan Thursday.During the meeting, Ma briefed Tandja, who arrived here at noon Thursday, on the region's economic development and China's development strategy for its western areas.
