Shanghai to Host First WPC Asia MeetingThe first World Petroleum Congress (WPC) Asia Region Meeting will be convened in Shanghai in September. At the same time, the Shanghai International Petroleum and Petrochemical Exhibition 2001 will also be held.The meeting is an idea proposed by the Chinese National Committee for the WPC, which hopes to enhance exchanges and cooperation between China and other Asian countries in the petroleum industry.
