Chinese President Receives New Envoys

Chinese President Jiang Zemin accepted Tuesday the certificate of appointment from Ambassador Klaus Ebermann, head of the delegation of the European Union's European Commission to China, and credentials presented by Kyrgyzstan's new ambassador to China Erlan Abdyldaev and Yugoslavia's new ambassador to China Ilija Djukic.

The foreign envoys arrived here on May 11, May 12 and May 21, respectively.
