Narita Airport Closed After Northwest Jumblo Accident
Tokyo Narita airport was closed for one hour and 20 minutes Tuesday after a Northwest Airlines Jumbo jet was stranded on a runway with wheel trouble after landing, airport official said.
There have benn no reports of injuries. Northwest Flight 28 from Manila was on the runway, slightlytilted to the right, with an engine beneath its right wing touching the ground, witnesses said.
