3 Dead and 16 Injured in Gas Explosion
A gas explosion occurred in a restaurant of Xicheng District in
Beijing
on last Saturday morning.
It was reported in about 10 minutes policemen arrived at the spot and cordoned off the site. The explosion had caused 3 dead, leaving 16 injured and rushed to three hospitals nearby..
According to a passerby with his head injured, he had heard a stunning blast when he was hit by a heat weave from his left, then he lost consciousness without knowing how he was wounded.
Information from the Bureau of Public Security of Beijing on June 4 told that the explosion was caused by the leakage of liquefied petroleum gas.
