Chinese Vice-premier Meets IMF Official
Chinese Vice-premier Wen Jiabao met Monday afternoon with Sugisaki Shigemitsu, deputy managing director of International Monetary Fund (IMF) and his delegation.
Wen briefed the guests on China's economic situation, strategy for further development, financial structural reform and other issues.
The two sides also exchanged views on the enhancement of cooperation between China and IMF and other issues of common concern.
The guests are here for annual consultations at the invitation of China's central bank, the People's Bank of China.
