Chinese Student Men's Soccer Team Grabbed the Title
The National Middle-school Student Men's Soccer Team grabbed the world champion, the first that China has ever got, beating France by 6-5 in the final of the 17th World Tournament of Middle-school Student's Soccer held in Sardegna Island, south of Italy.
China dispatched Hui Ethic Student Soccer Team of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, the winner of Huachen Cup, i.e. the first National Student Soccer League Match to meet the challenge. The team with expectation kicked out Finland, Czech, Germany, etc. in the qualifier.
In the final, both China and France teams went all out in scoring two goals, finally, the penalty kick brought China a victory of 4-3 over France. However, the female counterpart of China ranked in the fifth.
As reported, 20 men's and 10 women's teams took part in the 9-day event. China has decided to send the champion of Huachen Cup to the future suchlike matches.
