China's Steel Industry to Promote Hi-Tech Development
China's traditional iron and steel industry is ready for innovation with the help of high and new technologies.
A promotion center for information and automation technologies in the iron and steel industry announced its formation earlier this month in northeast China.
President Wu Xichun of the China Iron and Steel Industry Association said the newly established promotion center is expected to help the industry realize automatic control of production and effective management based on the information network.
