A copyright trade fair will open in this eastern China metropolis May 25, with the participation of over 240 publishers from both at home and abroad.
About 80 publishers from overseas, including Cambridge University Press, Oxford University Press and other noted international publishing houses have reserved booths at the fair, said the organizers.
Also present at the fair, to be held at the Shanghai International Conference Center, will be 160 publishing houses from across China.
The fair this year is the second of its kind jointly organized by the Shanghai Bureau of Press and Publishing and the Shanghai Copyright Bureau. The first one was held in 1999.
