Straits Internet, Software Fair in Fuzhou
The three-day 2001 Straits Internet and Software Technology Fair began here Saturday.
The fair, featuring exhibition and trading of Internet and software technologies, aims at promoting joint venture possibilities between venture capital companies and software
enterprises in south China's Fujian Province.
The fair attracted some 300 Internet developers and investors from inland cities, Taiwan, Hong Kong and foreign countries like the United States, Canada and the Republic of Korea.
Representatives of the Ministry of Information Industry and the Ministry of Science and Technology are also attending the fair.
A lot of activities will be held during the fair, including speeches, economic cooperation talks and lectures on new technologies of Internet and software.
