Hotline Provides Service for APEC in ShanghaiShanghai Telecom began Friday to provide hotline services concerning various Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meetings to be held in Shanghai this year.The hotline (82001) will provide a 24-hour consultation service from May 18 to October 31 offering comprehensive and timely information about the meetings. This is the first time for such a call center to be set up for APEC meetings and large-scale international conferences in China. The hotline will also provide vocal, video and digital information about the APEC meetings, as well as weather forecast, and tourism and traffic information. |
