APEC High Level Meeting on Human Capacity Building to Adopt Beijing Proposal

The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) High Level Meeting on Human Capacity Building will continue to hold panel sessions and plenary session Wednesday.

According to resources with the organizers of the meeting, participants are expected to put forward strategies concerning human capacity building, and discuss principles and ways of cooperation between governments, business and academic circles.

The meeting will pass a proposal on human capacity building, which is aimed to help provide action programs for APEC Informal Leadership Meeting due in October this year in Shanghai.

A closing ceremony will be held Wednesday afternoon.
