Brunei Sultan Arrives in Beijing

Head of State of Brunei Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah arrived in Beijing Monday afternoon to attend the APEC High-Level Meeting on Human Capacity Building to be held Tuesday.

The meeting was jointly proposed by President Jiang Zemin and the Sultan at last year's APEC Informal Leadership Meeting.

Besides Beijing, the Sultan will also visit Shenzhen, an economically booming city in south China's Guangdong Province.
