Returned Students Asked to Venture in Chinese Capital
Beijing, China's capital, is helping entrepreneurial-minded students, who have returned from overseas, to start their own business venture by establishing a special hatchery in the Beijing Economic and Technology Development Zone.
The ventures hatchery, which is said to be the largest of its kind in China, covers 3.33 hectares and has a floor space of 43, 000 square meters, which is able to house hundreds of small hi- tech companies.
In addition to favorable policies for setting up the businesses and taxation, the hatchery has been equipped with an advanced central air-conditioning system, information platforms, and broad- band networks, according to local officials.
Almost 700 hi-tech companies have opened in the Beijing Economic and Technology Development Zone, with a total capital of over 3 billion U.S. dollars.
