Ten Brokers Approved Online Brokerage Service

As disclosed by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) it has approved the qualification of another 10 securities companies for the online brokerage service.

The ten Securities companies are the Industrial Securities, Henan Securities, Shandong and China, and the rest being Huatai, Hua'an, Huanghe, Suzhou, Zhongfu and Xinjiang Securities.

CSRC stressed that this qualification doesn't necessarily guarantee the security and efficiency of their brokerage service. So they should continue to strengthen the risk prevention in protection of the interests of investors.

The latest statistics from CSRS indicates that by the end of last March, China had a total of 104 securities companies with 71 of them launched online service, of which only 23, or a rate of 32.4 percent, had been approved by CSRC.
