PT Zhengzhou Baiwen's (SSE: 600898) restructuring plan was stalled as it failed to provide authorization papers to
Shanghai
Securities Central Registration and Clearing Co for the planned share change.
The registration and clearing company stated in a reply letter that Zhengzhou Baiwen did not hand in the authorization paper needed for a commission-based collective account transfer.
Zhengzhou Baiwen said it is discussing the provision of the paper and has filed another application to the latter for share change.
