China Launches New Medical Website

A new medical website, WWW.CMA-Lilly. com, was officially opened to visitors Tuesday in Beijing, capital of China.

The new website is jointly sponsored by the authoritative Chinese Medical Association (CMA) and Eli Lilly Inc., a global pharmaceutical company with a history of 125 years and a strong medical research background.

According to Zong Shujie, the secretary-general of CMA, the new website will provide a variety of on-line medical services including training information and new medical research findings.

The CMA is an academic body for doctors and medical students in China with over 430,000 members at present.
