CPPCC Vice-Chairman Meets Syrian Guests
Li Guixian, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), met here Wednesday evening with a delegation of the Syrian Arab Baath Socialist Party led by its Assistant General-Secretary Abdollah Al-Ahmar.
Li, also president of the Chinese Association for International Understanding, exchanged view with the Syrian guests on further developing bilateral ties, the friendship between the two peoples and issues of mutual interest.
