Wang Sails into Men's Singles Second Round

Chinese world top men player Wang Liqin took his frustration out on Zhang Tai Yong of Singapore, beating the rival in straight sets in the men's singles first round of the World Table Tennis Championships Tuesday in Osaka.

Wang, paired with women's world number one Wang Nan, lost their third round mixed doubles match earlier.

Wang played a merciless attacking game to trounce Zhang 21-11, 21-9, 21-13.
