As one of the six key airline companies in China, the China Northern Airlines has more than 80 airplanes including Boeing, and has opened more than 100 national and international air routes.

With tourism service between China and the Korea Peninsula becoming increasingly popular, the Airlines has gradually opened and restored some international air routes to Cheonju and Pyongyang.
