Sufute Software Co. Listed on GEM
Sufute Software Co., jointly launched by Nanjing University with Jiangsu provincial government in 1998, got listed on Hong Kong GEM April 25.
Sufute becomes the first software developer of Jiangsu listed on HK GEM, thus making Nanjing University the third mainland university listed on Hong Kong, engaging mainly in providing software on network safety solutions, Internet application, education, information service and systematic integrate service for government departments, enterprises, universities and individual consumers. Network safety solution software developed by the company was granted recommendation credential at the provincial level in June 2000.
Sufute announced that it has sold 234 million H shares with per share at the price of HK $ 0.34. Fund raising this time reached HK $ 73.2 million. It will make further effort to develop state-of-art products and be dedicated to Linux network safety software research and technology and next generation solution scheme.
