Malaysian Supreme Head of State Visits Xi'an

Malaysian supreme head of state Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah visited this capital of north west China's Shaanxi Province on April 26.

Shaanxi Governor Cheng Andong met with Salahuddin, and briefed the guests on the economic and social development of the province.

Salahuddin said that China has a splendid culture, and Sino- Malaysian friendship is long-lasting. He said that he hoped to know more about China and wished to promote the friendship between the peoples through his visit.
