Among them are three permanent residents holding passports of China and three Chinese nationals on student passes. They were handed over to the Singapore Immigration and Registration that will decided on their stay in Singapore, but no information on its final decision is available.

In the same case, eight others were also convicted of participating in illegal assembly and each of them was sentenced to a fine of 1000 Singapore dollars (about 570 US dollars).
