Three PT Firms to Be Suspended from Particular Transfer
Three particular transfer (PT) companies, PT SAIC Multiple Trading (SSE: 600837), PT Commercial Real Estate (SSE: 600833) and PT
Shanghai
Double Deer Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. (SSE: 600633), announced their stocks will be suspended from particular transfer services from April 27 to May 26.
They made the announcements to ensure equitability in information availability and stock trading, as the three firms are under major assets restructuring.
The three companies had all acquired a six-month grace period from the
China Securities Regulatory Commission
.
However, they will be delisted from the stock exchange if they fail to make profit in the interim term of 2001.
