Cambodia Firmly Supports China's Stand on Plane Collision: Ranariddh
Norodom Ranariddh, President of National Assembly, Monday said Cambodia firmly supports the just stand of the Chinese Government on the solution of the US spy plane collision with Chinese military plane.
He told visiting Gu Xiulan, President of the China-Cambodia Friendship Association, that "Cambodia stands on the side of China, firmly supports the stand of the Chinese Government in safeguarding its national sovereignty and territorial integrity."
Ranariddh indicated that the National Assembly and the Royal Government of Cambodia will adhere to the one-China policy. Cambodia has considered that no country should be allowed to violate the sovereignty of China on whatever excuses.
The delegation of the China-Cambodia Friendship Association headed by its president Gu Xiulan arrived here last Friday for a 5- day visit at the invitation of the Cambodia-China Friendship Association and will conclude its visit Tuesday.
