China Beats Canada 3-0 in Table Tennis Worlds
Defending champions China jumped to a flying start with a 3-0 victory over Canada in their women's team opening match at the World Table Tennis Championships in Japan's Osaka on Monday.

Olympic singles/doubles gold medalist Wang Nan put China on the right track by beating Canadian Chris Xu 21-21, 21-12.

Li Ju downed Geng Lijuan 21-13, 17-21, 21-15 to make it 2-0 and Zhang Yining downed Petra Cada 21-18, 21-11 in the third game.
