China's CPPCC Chairman Li Ruihuan Concludes Visit to Mauritius

Li Ruihuan, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), left Port Louis for Cape Town, South Africa, Thursday morning after a three-day official goodwill visit to Mauritius.

During his visit, Li met with Mauritian president, prime minister and speaker of national assembly of the island country in the Indian Ocean on a wide range of issues concerning international and regional situation, as well as bilateral relations.

Li was seen off at the airport by Mauritian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Paul Berenger and minister of agriculture.

South Africa is the second leg of Li's four-nation tour, which will also take him to Morocco and Turkey.
