CSRC Close Down 15 Futures Companies

China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has lately made it public that 15 futures brokerages were revoked the business licenses on April 17 as they failed to meet designated standards for reopening business after rectification. According to the relevant regulations for the management of the futures, the licenses for brokering futures of these companies were written off by the local securities administration.

The 15 companies are as follows:

Yongxin Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.,

Xiamen Kaiyuan Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.,

Harbin Sanxiang Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.,

Hebei Jitong Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.,

Guangdong Guangxin Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.,

Guangzhou Huaye Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.,

Shantou Southern Futures Ltd.,

Guangdong Yuehai Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.,

Shenzhen Baoyuan Futures Co., Ltd.,

Shanghai Daqing Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.,

Hongda Futures Co., Ltd.,

Shanghai Zhongji Futures Co., Ltd.,

Shanghai Dong'an Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.,

Shanghai Saide United Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.,

Changsheng Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd.

Delisting Expected in Late April: CSRC Senior Official

It is out of question that some listed companies will be delisted from the stock market this year and the earliest delisting is likely to be seen in this month, China Central Television Station quoted senior regulator Li Xiaoxue as saying.

Li, director of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) listed companies regulation department, made the remarks when attending a session of the supervisory committee of the Securities Association of China.
