Construction of Shenyang Software Park BeginsConstruction of a software park started in Shenyang, capital of northeast China's Liaoning Province Wednesday.The software park, covering 565,000 square meters, will be the home for a information and technological service center, a base for software enterprises, a center for software products authentication and a center for China's computer software, sources said.
