Fuji Xerox Eyes China's MarketYoshihiro Kawada, Executive vice president of Japan-based Fuji Xerox, said Wednesday that his company will reinforce marketing efforts in China, considering China's large market potential.Kawada said that the Xerox (China) Limited will soon be replaced by "Fuji Xerox (China) Ltd." after completing legal proceedings for the rename at the government. With it, all Fuji Xerox invested businesses in China will bear the name of Fuji Xerox. He noted that China is one of the most vigorous and promising markets in the world, where enterprises, organizations and individuals consistently require documents with higher quality. "The fast growing demand for advanced document processing products and technologies gives us stronger confidence for long- term investment and development here," said Kawada. Kawada also said that the new company will participate in the China Beijing International New and High-Tech Week, to be held in Beijing from May 10 to 16. It will be the first time in Xerox's history to participate in such a large scale high-tech industrial event, he said. Fuji Xerox is one of the world's biggest document processing products manufacturers. It now enjoys 23 percent of China's copier and printer market.
