Explosion Culprit Sentenced to Death

The perpetrator of the explosions that killed 108 people in this capital city of north China's Hebei Province last March was sentenced to death Wednesday in a first instance trial.

Jin Ruchao, who bought all the explosives and ignited them on March 16, confessed to all the crimes charged against him, according to a local court.
