Development Center for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises
A development center for small and medium sized enterprises is being built in the northeast China port city of Dalian, local officials said.
The zone, which is located in the development zone of Dalian in Liaoning Province, is designed to provide a good development and investment environment for small and medium sized enterprises.
With an initial investment of 80 million yuan (9.6 million US dollars), the planned center covers an area 50,000 square meters, the officials said.
The center has carried out a series of promotional activities to attract investment from China and Japan.
