Laotian Deputy Prime Minister Arrives in Beijing
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Somsavat Lengsavad of the Lao People's Democratic Republic arrived here Monday afternoon, starting a nine-day official visit to China as guest of Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan.
During his stay in the Chinese capital, Somsavat is to attend activities commemorating the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
