Investment Fund Law Expected to Be Discussed by NPC This Year
Sources from the National People's Congress (NPC) finance and economic committee revealed the investment fund law, governmental procurement law, and the law for the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises are expected to be submitted to the NPC' standing committee for deliberation this year.
They said the finance and economic committee will step up efforts in amending the drafted bankruptcy law, state assets law and foreign exchange law.
It is learnt the committee will also make great efforts to conduct legislature survey and revise existing laws and regulations according to the requirements of the
World Trade Organization
.
