South Korea and United States Forces Korea (USFK) announced Tuesday that they will conduct a regular military exercise on April 20-26 this year.
The military exercise named the 7th Reception, Onward Movement and Integration 01 is a routine one in South Korea and is unrelated to any current or specific world events, said a press release issued by the USFK Tuesday morning.
"It is not designed to be provocative or threatening," said the release.
The maneuver which started in 1994 is designed to train and evaluate command capabilities to receive U.S. forces from bases outside South Korea.
