Tianjin Ready for National Spring Trade Fair
The 8th Tianjin Spring Commodities Trade Fair in Tianjin, the large northern Chinese port city, will be held from April 18 to 22.
The Fair is sponsored by the Tianjin municipal government with the support of the State Economic and Trade Commission.
Organizers said the fair will target E-business, green food, environment protection products, and automobiles.
More than 3,000 booths have been reserved, and 200,000 businesses are expected to participate in or visit the event.
The previous seven fairs did a total of 50 billion yuan (US$6.02 billion) worth of business.
