First Tourism Service Market in Western China
The first tourism service market in western China has been set up in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan Province.
Jian Bo, general manager of the Tourism Service Supermarket, said that various information, trade exchanges and consultation services on tour programs, hotels, transportation, travel agencies are available at the market, which also handles complaints lodged by clients.
After thorough and detailed consultation at this market, tourists can choose, free of charge, their favorite travel agencies and tourism programs, he said.
So far, some 45 travel agencies, hotels and transport companies have entered the market, Jian said.
