China will start to issue 20 billion yuan worth of certificate treasury bonds next week in addition to this year's first batch of T-bond issuance, the Ministry of Finance announced Friday.

The announcement followed the issuance of 60 billion yuan worth of T-bonds that began March 1.

The additional treasury bonds, with a fixed term of five years and a par annual interest rate of 3.14 percent, will be sold through the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the Agricultural Bank of China, the Bank of China and the Construction Bank of China, from April 10 to 30.
