US Fully Responsible for Air Collision: Witness
Zhao Yu, a Chinese fighter pilot who witnessed the entire course of the US military plane's bumping into and damaging of a Chinese jet fighter Sunday morning, confirmed Friday that the US side is "fully responsible for the incident."
Zhao gave a full account of the incident Friday and voiced indignation against the savage move of the US spy plane.
He also expressed concerns for the safety of his comrade-in-arms Wang Wei, who is still missing after the incident.
