CITIC Securities Deprived of Membership of Inter-Bank Market

The Financial Times reported Wednesday that authorized by the People's Bank of China, the National Inter-Bank Borrowing Center issued an announcement Tuesday to deprive CITIC Securities of membership of the national inter-bank market for its serious violation of regulations in the borrowing of capital.

A related source of the National Inter-Bank Borrowing Center said after the deprival of membership, CITIC Securities will not be allowed to engage in bond business in the inter-bank market.
