61 Deaths From Cold in Moscow in March
Sixty-one people died from the cold in Moscow in March, the city's ambulance services said Monday, Interfax news agency reported.
It brings to 249 the number of such deaths in Moscow so far this winter.
Most victims were homeless or had lost consciousness due to alcohol consumption.
